Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS. Exchanges only. Please inspect your package upon delivery or pickup. To Exchange merchandise must be in original condition. If trying on shoes please try not to try on outside. Try on on clean floor(carpet is best for no stains). You will have 72hrs (3 days) after you receive your item/s to contact us to begin the exchange process.
